All bespoke orders are taken at our Cahaya outlet. (Seasonal fittings may be available at Wisma Yakin during Ramadan.)
Measurements are taken in-store and recorded securely in our order book. For privacy, measurements are not shared with customers. Only a receipt slip with fabric reference will be provided.
Baju Melayu — 7 days
Coat / Blazer / Trousers — First fitting after 14 days; final collection within 7 days after fitting.
You’ll be contacted once your order is ready for collection.
Yes. We’ll invite you to try your bespoke piece upon collection to ensure fit and satisfaction.
Yes. A 50% deposit is compulsory for all bespoke orders.
Yes, but all fabrics will be checked for quantity and condition before tailoring. Fabrics are cut into three small reference swatches — for the Master, the Tailor, and the Customer.
Yes. Beyond Baju Melayu, we also accept:

Yes, for a minimum of 10 pieces and above, we provide on-site measurement services at your home or office.
