Return & Exchange

Items that are in an unwashed, unaltered and unworn condition, returns will be accepted if the items are returned within 7 days of receipt (for both local and international orders). Shipping cost for the return will be borne by the customer. 


However, customers are advised to notify us at online@bmo.com.my by quoting the order number and the product details.

Sale items and purchases made with discount coupons are non-returnable. Accessories including jewelry, bags, scarves, and hair accessories are non-returnable too. If the item does not fit, you can always email us to exchange the item to another size, subject to our stock availability.

Color/Pattern Issues on The Display Products.

Please bear in mind that photo may slightly different from actual item in terms of color due to the lighting during photo shooting or the monitor’s display. We have made every effort to display, as accurately as possible, the colors of our products that appear at the website. However, as the actual colors you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any color will be accurate. The position of pattern/design may slightly different from what you see. If you want to match our product with same color of your existing garment or you have any doubt of our products, please buy at our boutique to avoid any misunderstanding in the future.
