Refund policy

Unfortunately, our product cannot be refunded but can be returned & exchange. Not valid for clearance and best buy product. Exchange product must be the same price, a customer will be charged for the higher price product different. No refund for a lower price product different.

BMO.1980 Returns & Exchange Policy
Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you an exchange.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to: BMO Tradisional (M) Sdn Bhd, No 13 & 15, Jalan Chaya 14, Taman Cahaya, 68000 Ampang, Selangor, Malaysia.

The wrong product, size & color selected by the customer:
Shipping costs will be charged for the exchanged goods (Account details will be provided).

The wrong product, size & color deliver:
We will cover the shipping cost.
