Welcome to the BMO 1980 Affiliate Program! We are honored to have you as a partner in sharing our heritage of bespoke tailoring and traditional wear with the modern gentleman.

By signing up for our program via UpPromote, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Program Mechanics & Commission

• Commission Rate: You will earn a flat commission of 10% on the subtotal of all eligible sales (excluding shipping, taxes, and returns) generated through your unique affiliate link.
• Cookie Duration: We offer a 30-day cookie tracking window. This means if a customer clicks your link and purchases within 30 days, you will receive credit for the sale.

2. Approval & Enrollment

• Open Enrollment: We currently welcome creators, customers, and community members from Malaysia, Singapore, and Brunei to apply.
• Review Process: We will review all of the applicants for the approval process. BMO 1980 reserves the right to review and reject any application that does not align with our brand values (e.g., sites containing offensive content, gambling, or adult material).
• Legal Age: You must be at least 18 years old to participate.

3. Payout Terms

• Payment Schedule: Commissions are paid on a monthly basis. Payouts for sales made in one month will be processed by the end of the month.
• Payment Method: Payouts are made via Bank Transfer. Please ensure your payment details are accurate in your UpPromote dashboard.

4. Promotion Guidelines

BMO 1980 stands for tradition, quality, and respect. We ask that you represent our brand with the same care.

• Allowed Channels: You are free to promote BMO 1980 on your social media (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook), personal blogs, YouTube, and email newsletters.
• Brand Voice: Content should focus on themes of "Modern Tradition," "Quiet Confidence," and "Bespoke Quality."
• Prohibited Activities:
• Brand Bidding (PPC): You are NOT permitted to bid on BMO 1980 branded keywords (e.g., "BMO 1980," "BMO Baju Melayu") on Google Ads, Facebook Ads, or other pay-per-click platforms. You may run ads to your own content, provided you do not use our brand name as the target keyword.
• Misrepresentation: You must not make false claims about our products, pricing, or availability.

5. Termination

• Right to Terminate: BMO 1980 reserves the right to terminate your affiliate account at any time, with or without cause.
• Immediate Termination: Violation of the "Prohibited Activities" (Section 4) will result in immediate termination and forfeiture of any unpaid commissions.

6. Limitation of Liability

BMO 1980 will not be liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages (or any loss of revenue, profits, or data) arising in connection with this Agreement or the Program.
